Club Updates
    Welcome Rotarians!

How've you been?  We miss seeing everyone "in person", so we decided to do something about it. We are dusting off our Rotarian hats, and getting back to what we do best....                                 Service

See what we have brewing and let's entertain the idea of participating in service projects again. We have some new stuff happening, and as spring is around the corner and is the beginning of regrowth, so are we!

Learn more about our new program, "Member of the Month", and let's strive to get out there and make a difference.

Member of the Month
Dr. Joseph Perella
Every month, we are putting a spotlight on one of our exceptional members!

As a Rotary Alumni having attended our District's Rotary Youth Leadership Program (RYLA), Dr. Joseph Perella joined Rotary in 2019 because "he wanted to give back to Rotary what RYLA had given him."

Here's a little bit out our exceptional member...

Dr. Joseph S Perella Jr is a lifelong resident of Cumberland County, NJ. Growing in Hopewell Township and now residing in Vineland with his wife, Kirsta, and their dog Bergen. He graduated from Rowan University and then Tufts University where he earned his degree in Dentistry. He currently practices in Millville, NJ at Dr. Jacquet Family Dentistry.

Outside of his practice Dr. Perella serves as a member of the Rowan University Alumni Board. Helping create opportunities for Alumni to give back to the University and help current Rowan students. Dr. Perella also enjoys using his professional skills to give back to his community, through speaking with students about becoming a dentist and teaching about oral health, to volunteering his time to help those who do not have access to regular dental care.

Dr. Perella’s most important work is through the Robert V Hoffman III foundation. A non-profit started in the name of his younger cousin after his death in 2011. Originally starting as a scholarship given to Millville graduating seniors. It has since grown into an advocacy organization raising awareness about mental health issues and encouraging people to seek care when needed.
This work would not be possible without the support Dr. Perella has received from this community. From the support of his family to his employer, Dr. Jacquet, to the members of his Rotary club Dr. Perella has many people lending help and encouragement. All working together to bring positive change to Cumberland County.
